A furnished holiday home is a great investment if you're looking to enjoy regular getaways but also generate tax-free rental income.

When you purchase one of our Residences, you can choose to rent it out all time or just a few weeks of the year. Or, alternatively, your Residence can be solely used by you and your family.

Should you choose to sublet your holiday home, you can opt to rent it out during a range of low, medium, and premium periods (such as the summer months, school holidays, and public holidays) in order to maximise your return.

Service charge

Hassle-free luxury living

The Residences at Seaham Hall are fully managed and operated by Seaham Hall Management Company Ltd. All the direct costs associated with the Residences are covered in a hassle-free service charge which includes:

  • Management fees
  • Common area insurances
  • Reception and cleaning services for the residents
  • Common area technical maintenance
  • Common area landscaping
  • Security
  • Use of all the facilities for up to four guests
  • Removal of waste
  • Gated community maintenance
  • Number plate recognition
  • Super-fast WiFi

Services fees are £10,000 (including VAT) annually which can be spread over 12 months on a direct debit.

Please note: All utilities are charged separately on a smart meter. Home insurance is the responsibility of the resident.

  • Maximum lend: £500K
  • Minimum deposit: 5-10%

  • Maximum term: 7 years
  • APR:  7.9%

HMC Funding - offer a whole of market mortgage advice and can provide finance for any purpose and through a range of loan facilities including mortgages, secured loans, commercial mortgages and BTL’s.
