Dog-friendly holidays in County Durham

With acres of countryside and coastline around us, and Seaham Beach just a short walk away, our residences are the perfect place for a dog-friendly holiday, time and time again.

We welcome dogs at the Residences at Seaham Hall. However, for the comfort of our other guests, we ask that you abide by the following rules when you, and your four-legged friend, are staying with us.

• Dogs are permitted in our grounds. However, we are unable to allow dogs in the hotel, the spa, or the gym.
• Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times and you must pick up after your dog and dispose of any waste in the bins provided.
• We accept no responsibility for any injury or damage caused by your dog during your stay. Any claims which arise will be your responsibility.

We have a number of guests staying with us throughout the year, and so if your dog should become a nuisance, the permission for that dog may be withdrawn.
